A stray dog was given food and follwed a cyclist for 20 days covering 1700 kms (about 1000 miles) - about 60 km a day (37 miles)

That's hilarious. My last dog climbed lots of mountains with me including San Gorgonio, Tahquitz, Martinez and everything along the Desert Divide but it never did 37 miles a day.

I wonder who got to take it home.

and he wasn't even wearing canine booties
I love seeing happy dogs with their own packs on the trail
